Our pre-school insurance
is suitable for pre-schools operating any number of sessions per
week from 1 through to full-time. Our pre-school insurance is also
suitable for pre-schools that offer parent & baby/toddler sessions.
A comprehensive range of covers are provided under our pre-school
insurance with the ability to tailor the product further through the
selection of appropriate optional covers. There are two levels of
cover to choose from:
Cover 1 provides as standard:
- Employers’
Liability
- Public Liability
at £2,000,000 any one event including cover for the
misadministration of drugs and medicines by pre-school staff
- Commercial Legal
Expenses cover at £100,000 with a 24 hour legal, taxation and
counselling helpline. All legal claims are handled by one firm
of solicitors who specialise in the care sector.
- 24 hour access
to emergency assistance in the event of a claim
Cover 1 can be
further extended to include:
- Increased Public
Liability cover to £3,000,000 or £5,000,000
Cover 2 provides
as standard:
- Employers’

- Public Liability
at £2,000,000 any one event including cover for the
misadministration of drugs and medicines by pre-school staff
- Property Damage
(occurring at the normal group meeting place) including
Accidental Damage and Theft covering the contents of your
pre-school up to £5,000, including fixed outdoor play equipment
- Loss of Money
- Commercial Legal
Expenses cover at £100,000 with a 24 hour legal, taxation and
counselling helpline. All legal claims are handled by one firm
of solicitors who specialise in the care sector.

Cover 2 can be
further extended to include:

Property Damage cover up to £25,000
- Frozen Foods
- Personal
Accident for staff and/or children
- Income
Protection for your business up to £250,000
- Cover for
pre-school equipment anywhere in the UK up to £10,000 (£2,500
single article limit)
