All new policies incepting on or after 1st November 2008 and all policies renewing on or after 1st December 2008 will include an enhanced Commercial Legal Expenses product provided by ARAG plc and underwritten by Brit Insurance Ltd. In addition to market leading cover this section of the policy will provide you with round the clock legal and taxation advice and access to a counselling helpline for your staff.

Unlike many other Commercial Legal Expenses contracts available in the market, all legal claims submitted to ARAG will be handled from start to finish by a solicitor. In addition all legal claims for our clients will be handled by just one firm of solicitors who specialise in the care sector. This means that you will receive legal representation from people that understand the environment you work in every day.



National Day Nurseries Association (NDNA) is the charity and membership association for children’s day nurseries of all types, shapes and sizes in England, Scotland and Wales. Pound Gates have worked with NDNA providing insurance solutions and guidance to their members since 2003.
